How to make Rose Jam
If you enjoy the scent of roses you might want to try making some jam out of them!
For rose petal jam, combine equal parts of petals, sugar and water. You can either leave the petals in or remove them after cooking. You can add strawberry juice to make the jam even more tasty.
Remember to add a little lemon juice and a touch of cream of tartar as you make your jelly to prevent bitterness.
