Rosy Health: Foods to eat for slowing down wrinkles!


An Australian study with 453 people (aged 70 and over) to determine what foods protect against wrinkles recommend these:

  1. Olive oil and Olives
  2. fish (especially fatty fish)
  3. reduced fat milk and milk products
  4. eggs
  5. nuts and legumes, especially lima and broad beans.
  6. wholegrain cereals
  7. fruit and fruit products (especially prunes, cherries, apples and jams.
  8. Tea
  9. water
  10. seafood, lean meat, milk and nuts.
