Rose Platter: Healthy skin naturally?


Did you know that healthy skin comes from good digestion and a healthy liver? Here are some very easy tips to pamper your skin without frightening expensive whitening creams advertised by actresses and models.


All you need to do is:

  1. Drink at least six glasses of water daily.
  2. Eat five daily servings of colourful fruit and vegetables.
  3. Consume a tablespoon of mixed fresh seeds and a tablespoon of cold pressed seed oils.
  4. You should eat three servings of an oily fish a week, eat plenty of fibre rich foods, try soya milk and tofu, beans, lentils and plenty of organic yoghurt!
