Befriend the potato!

At least three times a week, have a baked potato or make a potato based dish. Potatoes are fat-free, loaded with potassium.

Once a week have a bean for lunch! Beans are a high fiber, high protein food. They are also high in potassium. Avoid canned beans. Buy your own dried beans and cook them yourself.
