Avoid disposables of any kind! They always have a high carbon impact. Yes get ready to stop loving your favourite kitchen items like foil and cling film! Instead you can cover your food with a dish, plate or lid.


Make your own hand towels and tea towels instead of kitchen paper which would have been made from a precious tree!

Buy reusable cutlery and crockery for picnics and parties instead of those dreadful throwaway paper plates and glasses!


Just shop less for one whole month and consider all the left overs in the house, unused shopping items that you can find new uses for!
